UK Exchangers specialise in the design and manufacture of a wide range of Heat Exchangers for industrial, food, dairy, hygienic, refrigeration, HVAC and marine applications. Our objectives are to provide our customers with a rapid response to quotation requests, very competitive prices and the shortest-possible delivery times.

AIR TO AIR HEAT EXCHANGERS

Air to Air Heat Exchangers in aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Both Air Plates and Thermal Wheels, for many heat recovery applications. We hold a range of sizes of aluminium air-air PHEs for immediate delivery.

FINNED TUBE COILS

We supply an extensive range of coils include finned block, spiral wound, steam to air and refrigerant to air. We can manufacture replica coils for existing installations taking dimensions from your damaged coil or original drawing. Fans can be supplied and fitted if required.

PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers for industrial, hygienic & marine applications. Wide Gap Free Flow & Double Wall Plates also available. Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers for heating, cooling and refrigeration applications.

Flexi-Wrap Insulation Jackets are available for our full range of Brazed and Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers.

PACKAGED HEAT EXCHANGER SYSTEMS

A range of systems for heating water which can be custom built to suit your requirements. Our packaged systems include steam to water and LTHW to water instant hot water systems.

We have now extended our range of packaged systems to include duties of 1,100 – 2,000 kW.

PLATULAR® HEAT EXCHANGERS

PLATULAR® All-Welded Plate Heat Exchangers are particularly suitable for high pressure or high temperature applications, or when fluids are too aggressive for standard plate heat exchanger gaskets.

CORRUGATED TUBE IN TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

We now offer the New XTUBE® range of Corrugated Tube Heat Exchangers from our colleagues XLG of Spain. See this product page for details.

Our established range are custom designed and manufactured in stainless steel. We offer two types, the mono tube which has a single tube within a tube, and the multi-tube which has a number of tubes inside a shell.

HEAT TRANSFER PANELS

Manufactured in stainless steel, our range of Heat Transfer Panels are ideal for in-tank heating and cooling duties. Panels can be manufactured to suit your internal tank dimensions.
