Our range of Plate Heat Exchangers can be used for boiler separation in heating systems. One of the biggest benefits for this is to protect new boilers from heating circuits.
The Plate Heat Exchanger separates the fluids by creating a barrier between the boiler and the heating system. It will allow the hot water from the boiler to safely transfer heat into the system (Radiators for example) without the two fluids mixing, or particles transferring from one side to the other.
Plates heat exchangers are very efficient, and their counterflow design allows for minimal drops in temperature between the two sides. We recommend either Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers or Gasket Plate Heat Exchangers, dependant on your requirements.
