Our protection ball valves with integral mesh strainer inside the ball, mean you only require one item, rather than the traditional strainer with two isolating valves. With changes in building construction, there is a continual requirement for more compact and multi-functional valves.
The filter ball valve combines the function of a ball isolating valve with the benefit of a strainer/ filter to meet these requirements. The filter can be removed for cleaning when the valve is in the closed position. These optional extras are highly recommended, to prevent the Heat Exchanger from blocking, potentially requiring a replacement.
