Instantaneous hot water is a modern solution for domestic hot water heating. Our various units can offer instantaneous hot water solutions which will ensure hot water, no matter how big the demand.
This is perfect for schools, hotels or anywhere with a high DHW demand. Our standard range of Plate Heat Exchangers allow Boiler water to pass through one side and tap water to flow through the other.
Our Packaged Plate Heat Exchangers come equipped with pump and control valve. This enables you to have instantaneous hot water right out of the box. We also offer Packaged Plate Heat Exchangers with Buffer Vessel.
This will make the Heat Exchanger pass water through the buffer vessel, rather than straight to the tap. This option allows for hot water to be readily available. At peak usage times, the buffer vessel can always deliver hot water to the tap.

Our extensive range of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers provide compact thermally efficient solutions to your heat transfer requirements. The main advantage of a gasketed plate heat exchanger is that it is possible to open up the inside components for cleaning and maintenance purposes. It also allows extra plates to be added should your process conditions change
The Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers are manufactured in our UK factory from stock components, which means that we can normally deliver fully assembled and tested units extremely quickly.
Plate Heat Exchangers transfer heat energy from one side to another without the two products on either side mixing. So you can install them between the boiler and process circuit for example to separate the two circuits. Plate heat exchangers are a very popular choice mainly due to the compact size and high efficiency design that they offer.

We have developed a range of Skid Mounted, Packaged Plate Heat Exchangers from 50 to 2000 kW for heating domestic hot water using Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW).
We also do a range of packaged units from 50 to 350 kW complete with buffer vessels, up to 1000 litres.
WRAS approved models are also available.
Heat transfer surfaces can be easily accessed for cleaning and maintenance purposes
Our package units are a turn key solution for Instantaneous hot water heating. Using a gasket plate heat exchanger fitted with primary shunt pump and temperature controls. All mounted on a skid base for easy handling / installation.
The units are designed to heat your secondary water to a target set point using your hot water loop, meaning your potable water can be heated based on demand.
The package units can be used without the need to store hot water in buffer vessels. Or if required they can be used with a buffer vessel where peak demands are high or to reduce boiler power.

Our standard eco package is designed to heat domestic hot water (DHW) instantaneously to a desired set point (standard 65°c) using LPHW (typically supplied directly from a boiler or low loss header).
The system is controlled automatically using a 3 port diverter valve with actuator and integral controller to control the temperature of the DHW according to demand.
These units differ to our standard range of instant hot water heaters as they do not utilise a shunt pump and 4 port valve as part of the package. They also have a simpler controller, hence the name ‘Eco Range’. The Eco Range are ideal for new builds and smaller applications where complex BMS controls and shunt pumps are not necessary.
